ADVISING YOU

For the installation, commissioning and maintenance of your lift table or lifting platform… simply by telephone or through on-site assistance.

INSTALLING YOUR EQUIPMENT

The installation of your lift table is carried out by a specialist technician who guarantees you optimum conditions of use for the equipment.

"Pit-mounted

REPAIRING YOUR EQUIPMENT

Whatever the breakdown, our after-sales team does everything possible to send you the spare parts or dispatch a specialist technician as quickly as possible. ATLAS LIFT carefully archives the manufacturing records of each piece of equipment, identified by the serial number shown on the manufacturer’s nameplate, together with all other technical documents.

MODIFYING YOUR INSTALLATIONS

ATLAS LIFT places its DESIGN OFFICE, MANUFACTURING and AFTER-SALES SERVICE resources at your disposal to study and carry out conversions or modifications to your installation based on your new operating conditions.

BRINGING YOUR EQUIPMENT INTO COMPLIANCE

Our expertise and our command of the regulations are your best guarantee for mandatory compliance upgrades (particularly for older equipment) in line with changes in the regulations or in the conditions of use of your equipment.

EXAMPLE OF A COMPLIANCE UPGRADE

CARRYING OUT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

We recommend that you take out a preventive maintenance contract to optimise the maintenance and service life of your equipment.

EXAMPLE: CENTRAL PIN ASSEMBLY TO BE REPLACED

"Severe

"Worn
Worn pin / new pin

In this example, preventive maintenance would have avoided having to replace the complete pin assembly. A visual inspection would have detected wear on the self-lubricating bush (pin slightly off-centre in relation to the sleeve). Simply and quickly replacing the wear bush would have been enough to carry out the repair.

ASSISTING YOU

In accordance with the regulations, the head of the establishment is required to carry out the mandatory periodic inspections; the ATLAS LIFT after-sales team is at your disposal for any work on your equipment: upgrades, repairs, compliance upgrades…
