To better understand what makes them special, it is worth taking an overview of several of them:<strong> design, manufacturing and sales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From design to manufacturing&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n<p>Design begins in the ATLAS LIFT <strong>design office<\/strong>, made up of 13 design engineers whose role is to draw up plans for special equipment and produce manufacturing files. To design this equipment, they have to adapt to the needs, installation constraints and technical specifications requested by customers. Orders for special equipment account for 80% of requests, so they have to create new drawings for each new order.<\/p>\n\n<p>Manufacturing is <strong>100% made in France<\/strong>: all tables and platforms are built on our premises in Saintes, Charente-Maritime. Thanks to <strong>high-performance production equipment<\/strong>, including CNC machines and machining centres, ATLAS LIFT can pride itself on managing the entire manufacturing process. The company can also rely on a range of trades to handle the different stages of assembly: cutting, machining, hydraulic cylinders, assembly and welding, electro-hydraulic assembly and surface treatment. The factory is also equipped with overhead cranes, jib cranes, etc., enabling it to design<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlas-lift.com\/en\/hydraulic-scissor-lift-tables\/\">tables and platforms<\/a> <\/strong>with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tonnes and a lifting height of up to 18 metres. <strong>Quality is a top priority for ATLAS LIFT<\/strong>, and every table must pass a battery of tests before being shipped.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8230;through to sales.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Sales, for their part, rely on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlas-lift.com\/en\/sales-network\/\"><strong>regional offices and sales agents<\/strong><\/a> who travel the length and breadth of France to find new customers in a wide variety of business sectors. They provide the local contact that is essential for assessing needs and projects. These sales agents are in constant contact with their account manager at the Saintes factory. <\/p>\n\n<p>The account managers, who are <strong>experienced technicians<\/strong>, complement the drive of the sales agents by providing technical expertise and knowledge of the many installations in service across the most diverse fields.
