Atlas Lift designs it for the manufacture and maintenance of rolling stock: coaches, power cars, passenger trainsets and metro trains. A manufacturer since the late 1960s, Atlas Lift builds it at its factory in Saintes (Charente-Maritime).<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1911&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;left-to-right&#8221; el_class=&#8221;caption-outside&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>For which operations?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>bringing operators to the right height alongside coaches and power cars;<\/li>\n<li>accessing and working on the roof;<\/li>\n<li>removing and refitting bogies, air-conditioning units and motors;<\/li>\n<li>overhauling axles, in a pit between the rails;<\/li>\n<li>treating and maintaining bodysides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Our railway solutions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pit-mounted lift table<\/strong>: recessed into the floor with a section of railway track, it brings axles up to the right height in front of the inspectors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rail-mounted mobile table<\/strong>: it travels along the track for removing and refitting motor bogies. Example: 6 tonnes, 2.50 x 1.90 m platform, 1.12 m travel, 2 hydraulic cylinders. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlas-lift.com\/en\/a-closer-look-at-our-rail-mounted-mobile-lift-table\/\">See the project<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lifting platforms for passenger trainsets<\/strong>: access to the bodysides, train nose and roof, with movement along 3 axes. Example: 500 daN, 8.75 x 6 m platform, 3.05 m travel, 1.10 m guardrail, emergency hand pump. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlas-lift.com\/en\/a-closer-look-at-our-lifting-platforms-designed-for-the-railway-sector\/\">See the project<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlas-lift.com\/en\/services\/painting-gantries-the-solution-for-greater-productivity-at-work\/\">Painting gantries<\/a><\/strong>: 10 electro-hydraulic column gantries, rail-mounted, for one or two operators around a metro train, with an anti-crush and anti-collision plate.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlas-lift.com\/en\/services\/turntable\/\">Turntable<\/a><\/strong> for rotating axles: from 2 m to over 6 m in diameter, from 1 to over 20 tonnes. Before dispatch, a factory acceptance test lets you check with us that your equipment works properly and complies with requirements. We also have in-depth expertise in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlas-lift.com\/en\/ce-certification-of-equipment-for-lifting-persons-above-3-metres-atlas-lifts-expertise\/\">CE certification of equipment for lifting persons<\/a>, including above 3 metres.<\/p>\n<p>Our equipment is supplied to major European players in railway manufacturing and installed in France and abroad.
