Atlas Lift has been designing and manufacturing lift tables since the late 1960s. Our factory is in Saintes (Charente-Maritime). Our electro-hydraulic scissor lift tables lift, level and move your loads: from the ergonomic layout of a workstation to the handling of loads weighing several tonnes. More than 20,000 Atlas lift tables and lifting platforms are in service today.

SL2 series double scissor lift table for process applications and for lifting loads or persons

What is a lift table used for?

A lift table brings the load to the right height, so the operator no longer has to bend down or carry it. It is used to:

  • set a palletising, inspection, order-picking or packaging station at the right height;
  • load and unload a truck, with or without a loading dock;
  • transfer a load from one level to another;
  • feed a production line, for example to stack or destack boards (cardboard, wood, plaster).

The result: less manual carrying, fewer strenuous movements and better prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).

Our standard lift tables

Our standard series are configurable. Each product page details the design, safety features and options, and includes a downloadable technical data sheet.

AVL and ADLLoading dock applications, multi-purpose use500 to 2,000 daN
SLErgonomic height adjustment of workstations500 to 1,500 daN
SL2Process table and lifting of persons500 to 2,000 daN
SNHigh capacity, off-centre loads3,000 to 5,000 daN
EBLow-profile floor-mounted table, accessible by pallet truck500 to 2,000 daN
BFXWood industry, transfer onto conveyor in the lowered position500 to 3,000 daN

All these series are available in hot-dip galvanised and ATEX-zone versions. Overview: our standard models.

Bespoke and special lift tables

Most of our orders are for special equipment, engineered by our design office. Our factory builds lift tables and platforms with lifting capacities of up to 100 tonnes.

To lift operators: lifting platforms and ergonomic workstations.

How do you choose your lift table?

To offer you the right equipment, we need to know:

  1. The load: weight, centred or off-centre load, and whether a truck will run over the platform.
  2. The platform and travel: dimensions, lowered height and raised height. For long travel, we build tables with double or triple stacked scissors.
  3. The duty cycle: depending on the series, our standard tables are designed for 10 or 20 cycles per hour, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Special pivot joints are available for high duty cycles.
  4. The installation: floor-mounted, pit-mounted, or mobile on the floor or on rails.
  5. The environment: corrosive atmosphere, hygiene requirements, ATEX zone.

Optional equipment: guardrails, bridge plate, rotating, tilting or telescopic platform, free-running or powered rollers, safety bellows, foot pedal control. Power supply 230 or 400 V three-phase; other voltages on request.

Safety and standards

Depending on the series, our standard tables are fitted with dual hydraulic safety devices (pipe-rupture valve and pilot-operated check valve), a pressure relief valve, a safety frame beneath the platform and a 24 V mushroom-head emergency stop. Every table is inspected and tested before dispatch. It is supplied with CE marking, its instruction manual and its certificate of conformity. Designed in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and standard EN 1570-1: see our standards. Warranty: 3 years on our standard tables, and up to 6 years depending on the maintenance contract.

Our technicians provide installation, maintenance and repairs, in France and abroad: see Installation and after-sales service.
