Bespoke solution for the railway sector
ATLAS LIFT offers a new range in its catalogue: painting platforms. They are used to carry out all types of painting work at height, improving the ergonomics of the workstation and ensuring greater productivity.
The challenge
The railway company called on ATLAS LIFT to create a bespoke piece of equipment enabling one or two operators to move in complete safety along the sides and ends of a metro train.
The Atlas Lift solutions
Developed in collaboration between the design office and the customer, a bespoke solution was provided to meet the customer’s expectations:
- 10 electro-hydraulic lifting work gantries, column-type and mobile on rails
- The gantries are designed to move lengthways, widthways and in depth
- 1 anti-crush and anti-collision safety plate with electrical switches
- Solenoid valve for operating safety functions
- Each unit consists of a vertical load-bearing frame with guide columns and an integrated lifting system
