Lift table for timber applications – BFX
BFX series tables are specially designed for the timber processing industry. They are designed for transferring timber in the lowered position.
Optional or specific equipment
- Corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanising.
- Design and components for installation in ATEX zones.

Lift table - BFX series
- fitted with a floating conveyor, they feature a roller-locking device that engages as soon as the load is lifted,
- joints, bearings and rollers fitted with maintenance-free self-lubricating bushes.
- electro-hydraulic power unit with IP 54 motor.
- external electrical cabinet for a 230/400 volt three-phase 50 Hz power supply, connected to the lift table by 3 m of cable.
In particular, it includes:
- An externally operated, padlockable circuit-breaker isolator.
- A motor contactor.
- Protective fuses.
- A transformer for the 24 volt supply.
- Up/down control by hold-to-run push buttons and a mushroom-head emergency stop, connected to the electrical cabinet by a 3 m cable.
- Cabinet/table/push-button box connecting cable, type FR-N05-VV5F.
- Finishing paint: Grey 7043.
MAXIMUM SAFETY
through design and standard equipment
- Dual hydraulic safety system, with a pipe-rupture valve built into each hydraulic cylinder and an electrically pilot-operated check valve at the base of the cylinders: the platform is held and locked in position in the absence of electrical power and in the event of an accidental pipe rupture.
- Factory-set pressure relief valve to prevent the lifting of a load exceeding the rated capacity of the lift table.
- Fixed upper limit switch; it automatically stops the platform rising at maximum travel.
- Safety frame beneath the perimeter of the platform, in case an obstacle is encountered.
- Up/down control with mushroom-head emergency stop, supplied at 24 volts.
IMPORTANT: THE EMERGENCY STOP ACTS ON THE POWER CIRCUIT.
Fold-down maintenance prop, allowing the table to be held mechanically at a fixed height for maintenance. It is sized to support the rated load.
- Systematic inspection and testing of every lift table before dispatch.
- The design and construction of these standard lift tables comply with the French regulations derived from the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. European standard for lift tables: EN 1570.
- All these models are supplied with CE marking.
- Foot pedal up/down control.
- Manually retractable stop for positioning the load.
- Mobile version on rails, running parallel or perpendicular to the conveyor.
- Motorised transfer carriage on rails with powered conveyor.
- Special models to order.
