Dock application lift table – AVL & ADL
Designed for capacities of 500, 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 daN, this range, with its scope for dimensional modifications and the many specific items of equipment that can be fitted, is used for a wide variety of applications.

Lift table - AVL series
- Platform made of a welded steel structure covered with smooth or chequer plate.
- Flat bar scissors on all models.
- Single-acting hydraulic cylinders with chrome-plated steel rods and mechanical end stops.
- Maintenance-free joints, bearings and rollers, designed for a maximum of 20 cycles / hour, 8 h / day, 5 days / week.
- Electro-hydraulic power unit, external / built into the equipment.
- External electrical cabinet for a 230 or 400 volt three-phase 50 Hz power supply, connected to the lift table by 3 m of cable.
- Up / down / emergency stop controls via a push-button box supplied at 24 volts and connected to the electrical cabinet by a 3 m cable.
- Limit, safety and position switches … mechanical type with IP 65 plastic housing.
- FR-N05-VV5-F series electrical cables.
- Finishing paint: Grey 7043.
- Dual hydraulic safety system, with a pipe-rupture valve built into the hydraulic cylinder and an electrically pilot-operated check valve at the base of the cylinder, to hold and lock the platform in position in the absence of electrical power and in the event of an accidental pipe rupture.
- Mechanical end stop in each hydraulic cylinder.
- Pressure relief valve, factory-set to prevent the lifting of a load exceeding 1.1 times the rated capacity of the lift.
- Fixed upper limit switch; it automatically stops the platform rising at maximum travel.
- Safety frame beneath the perimeter of the platform, stopping the platform’s descent if it encounters an obstacle.
- Up / down controls with mushroom-head emergency stop, supplied at 24 volts.
- Fold-down maintenance prop, allowing the table to be held mechanically at a fixed height for maintenance.
- Systematic inspection and testing of every lift table before dispatch.
- The design and construction of these standard lifts comply with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
- All models are supplied with CE marking.
- Safety guardrails to standard: fixed, demountable or removable.
- Manually or hydraulically raised bridge plate to make it easier to transfer loads into vehicles.
- Toe boards and retractable stops (fall protection for forklift trucks).
- Reinforced platform to withstand rolling loads in the lowered position.
- Side protection for the scissors by safety bellows, weighted covers, removable steel panels, metal mesh, or fabric or metal curtains on spring rollers, to prevent access beneath the lifting platform.
- Rotating, tilting, telescopic or sliding platform, manual or motorised.
- Special joints for continuous operation at high duty cycles.
- Foot pedal up / down controls.
- Different supply and control voltages.
- Mobile version, floor- or rail-mounted, with free or motorised travel.
- Treatment for aggressive environments (sandblasting and suitable paint, metallisation, hot-dip galvanising).
