Ergonomic workstation

ATLAS LIFT responds precisely to the needs of each of its customers, helping them to improve the productivity and well-being of their employees by supplying lift tables and goods lifts. An ergonomic workstation enables employees to give their best and to carry out work of high quality and in complete safety. Tension and stress are reduced as a result. This helps to prevent musculoskeletal disorders, which affect a great many people.

Atlas Lift has a solution to every one of your problems!

For all lifting operations, we will work with you to find the Atlas Lift solution best suited to your business. We offer ergonomic lift tables and goods lifts, which can be standard or bespoke. To deliver these services, we use high-quality equipment, made in France. All our ATLAS LIFT lifting equipment is therefore designed and manufactured in accordance with the European standards EN 1570-1 for lift tables and EN 280 for mobile personnel lifting platforms.

Bespoke lifting platform designed to give operators maximum ergonomic comfort.

Make your workstations ergonomic with our lift tables, which offer many advantages:

  • Flexibility in the dimensions of the lift table and in its travel (up to 10 m in height), in a mobile or floor-mounted version.
  • Workstation ergonomics for better prevention of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders), so that the operator’s health is protected.
  • Securing work areas at height (avoids the use of ladders and stepladders). As a result, operators can work with their tools in complete safety, with no risk of falling.
  • Compliance with European standard NF EN 280 on the safety of persons and property when using mobile elevating work platforms. See our section on standards.

Case study

RAPIDO, a national motorhome manufacturer in France, asked for our support with the design of a lifting platform. The customer’s existing equipment had mechanical weaknesses and, as a result, no longer complied with current standards. Working in partnership with the customer’s technical department, Atlas Lift therefore redefined the requirements and specifications for this ergonomic workstation.

The customer’s aim was to find a suitable solution enabling one or more operators to work safely all around the vehicle. They wanted to provide working conditions that were not only more ergonomic but also more efficient.
