Low-profile lift table – EB

These low-profile lift tables are almost always used floor-mounted at palletising or depalletising stations. Their very low closed height makes them accessible to hand pallet trucks, either directly for the EBU and EBE models or via a ramp for the EB models.

Lift table - EB series

Design

  • Platform made of folded smooth sheet steel on all models.
  • Scissors made of folded smooth sheet steel and flat bar.
  • Single-acting hydraulic cylinders with chrome-plated steel rods and mechanical end stops.
  • Maintenance-free joints, bearings and rollers, designed for a maximum of 10 cycles / hour, 8 h / day, 5 days / week.
  • Electro-hydraulic power unit and control cabinet on a compact stand, connected to the table by 3 m of cable and hose.
  • Power supply: 230 / 400 volts three-phase 50 Hz.
  • Up / down / emergency stop controls via a push-button box supplied
    at 24 volts and connected to the electrical cabinet by a 3 m cable.
  • FR-N05-VV5-F series electrical cables.
  • Finishing paint: Grey 7043.

Safety

  • Hydraulic safety by means of an electrically pilot-operated check valve, connected to both hydraulic cylinders by rigid piping, to hold and lock the platform in position in the absence of electrical power.
  • Factory-set pressure relief valve to prevent the lifting of a load exceeding 1.1 times the rated capacity of the lift.
  • Safety frame beneath the perimeter of the platform, stopping the platform’s descent if it encounters an obstacle.
  • Up/down controls with mushroom-head emergency stop, supplied at 24 volts.
  • Maintenance props, allowing the table to be held mechanically at a fixed height for maintenance.
  • Statutory inspection and testing of every unit before dispatch.
  • The design and construction of these standard lifts comply with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
  • All these models are supplied with CE marking.
