Process and personnel lifting table – SL2

Designed for capacities of 500, 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 daN. This range has been specially developed for workstation layout requirements.

Lift table - SL2 series

Platform in folded smooth or chequer plate on all models.
Scissor arms in heavy-gauge flat bar.
Single-acting hydraulic cylinders with chrome-plated steel rods and mechanical end-of-travel stops.
Maintenance-free pivot joints, bearings and rollers, designed for a maximum of 20 cycles per hour, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
External / built-in electro-hydraulic power unit.
External electrical cabinet for a 230 / 400 V three-phase 50 Hz power supply, connected to the lift table by 3 m of cable.
Up / down / emergency stop controls via a 24 V push-button control box connected to the electrical cabinet by a 3 m cable.
Limit, safety and position switches, etc., of the mechanical type with IP 65 plastic housing.

Dual hydraulic safety system: a pipe-rupture valve built into the cylinder and an electrically piloted check valve at the base of the cylinder, to hold and immobilise the platform in position when there is no electrical power and in the event of accidental pipe rupture.
Mechanical end-of-travel stop in each cylinder.
Factory-set pressure relief valve preventing the lifting of any load greater than 1.1 times the rated capacity of the lift.
Fixed electrical upper limit switch, which automatically stops the platform rising at maximum travel.
Safety frame beneath the perimeter of the platform, stopping the platform’s descent if it meets an obstacle.
24 V up/down controls with mushroom-head emergency stop.
Fold-down safety prop, allowing the table to be held mechanically at a fixed height for maintenance.
Every lift table is systematically inspected and tested before dispatch.
The design and construction of these standard lifts comply with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
All these models are supplied with CE conformity marking.
