Mobile lift tables

With our motorised or manual mobile lift tables, you can work on your load and move it freely. A single machine lifts, levels and moves your goods, on the floor or on rails. A manufacturer since the late 1960s, Atlas Lift designs and builds these tables at its factory in Saintes (Charente-Maritime), in standard or bespoke versions.

How will your table move?

  • On the floor, by hand: electro-hydraulic single scissor table, mounted on wheels and moved manually.
  • On the floor or on rails, free-moving or motorised: an option available on our AVL, SL2 and SN series.
  • Along a conveyor: the BFX series travels on rails, parallel or perpendicular to the conveyor, or becomes a motorised transfer car.
  • Unladen, with a drawbar: removable drawbar and retractable wheels on the EB low-profile lift table.
  • With an electric pallet truck: combined with an Atlas Lift table, this set-up lifts 2 tonnes to a height of 2.50 m. See the example
  • Towed: for operators, a towable triple scissor lifting platform with hydraulic stabilisers and 4 air cushions so that it can be positioned in any direction.

Our projects

  • Two mobile tables on wheels for a strictly regulated environment: continuous welding of the chassis, bronze track rollers, ATEX conveyor rollers, on-board battery with remote charger. See the case study
  • Two rail-mounted mobile tables integrated into a heat treatment line, to avoid handling heavy baskets: 4 x 5 m platform, 6 m of travel, disengageable geared motors, 4 electromechanical locks, light curtains. See the case study
  • A mobile platform for the aerospace industry: two operators raised in front of assembly tooling, 1,000 daN, 5.90 x 1.42 m, from 0.80 to 3.20 m in height, with orbital movement to follow the part. See the project

What we will define together

  • the weight to be lifted, the platform size and the lifting height;
  • the floor or running track, and manual or motorised movement;
  • the power supply: all types are possible, by battery, cable reel or prefabricated busbar trunking;
  • immobilisation in the working position: wheel brakes, or cylinders bearing on the floor, operated manually or automatically controlled;
  • the working environment: explosive atmosphere (ATEX version), corrosion (hot-dip galvanising) or strict hygiene requirements with our stainless steel lift tables.
