At the machining station, Nancy manufactures our complete hydraulic cylinders from steel tubes on a conventional lathe. Cylinder diameters vary depending on the lift table or column lift model. She must strictly follow the manufacturing drawings supplied to her by the design office.

Nancy also works on the CNC lathes in the ATLAS LIFT factory for drilling, tapping and boring, as well as for machining all the mechanical parts of our lifting equipment, such as the pins needed to assemble the scissor arms.

This self-sufficiency in our manufacturing enables us to control our stock, manage our production and remain flexible and responsive to the demands of the market.
